The MedQCare platform is built around user-centric design principles, ensuring that each role gets a tailored experience optimized for their needs.
The login screen is the gateway to the MedQCare platform.
Here, users are prompted to enter their unique username and password.
Upon entering valid credentials, the system identifies the user's role (e.g., doctor, nurse, FO/admin, patient) based on the entered username and password. The system then redirects the user to the respective home page tailored to their role.
Each role within the MedQCare platform has a home page tailored to its unique needs and functions. This dashboard serves as the primary navigation point, granting access to the features and functionalities pertinent to that role.
For instance:
Doctor's Homepage: Might showcase upcoming appointments, patient notifications, recent prescriptions, and quick links to the patient database.
Nurse's Homepage: Could highlight queued patients, recent vital sign inputs, and links to the pre-exam assessments.
Admin Homepage: Provides an overview of daily clinic operations, transaction summaries, system settings, and more.
Patient's Homepage: Presents appointment schedules, prescription reminders, medical history, and notifications.
Here's a breakdown of the primary components based on the user roles:
Sidebar: Includes Master data and settings, such as Clinic profile, User, Roles, Company List, Doctor, Treatment and Services, Financials, etc.
Main Panel: Upon login, the main panel displays the Clinic Profile, with fields such as Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, Branches, and a Clinic Photo.
Sidebar: Navigation options include Registration, Reservation (Appointment Booking), B2B Corporate Customers Database, Payment features, Medical Services details, and System Master Data/Settings.
Main Panel: The initial view focuses on Registration & Booking, simplifying the process for onboarding patients and setting up appointments.
Sidebar: When in the examination context, the sidebar switches to an active patient queue, ensuring that doctors can quickly see and select the next patient to attend to.
Main Panel: The Examination Screen dominates the main panel, providing forms for patient assessment (including SOAP and GCS forms), ICD10 database access, treatment ordering, and more.
Sidebar: Similar to the Doctor role, this user will often see the active patient queue on the sidebar, color-coded for easy status identification.
Main Panel: Displays Patient List and Examination Screens, facilitating data entry, vital sign tracking, and the uploading of test results and supporting documents.
Sidebar: Provides access to a variety of financial and management tools, databases, and reporting features.
Main Panel: Initially presents the Clinic Performance Dashboard, offering insights through Revenue charts, payment methods overviews, top diseases based on the ICD10, and fast-moving pharmacy drugs data.
Header Panel: Regardless of role, all users have a consistent header panel. Positioned at the top, it displays the current date/time and showcases the active user's name and profile picture. A dropdown menu allows users to access their profile settings or log out.
Sidebar (Menu): This navigation element is user-role sensitive, presenting features relevant to the user's responsibilities. In specific contexts, like during patient examinations, it transforms to display an active patient queue.
Dynamic Main Panel: This central screen area adjusts based on user role, context, and selected feature, offering a responsive and intuitive user experience.
Incorporating user roles into the UI ensures that every user gets an experience tailored to their responsibilities, simplifying workflows and boosting efficiency. Whether you're a doctor diagnosing patients or management reviewing performance metrics, MedQCare's interface caters to your needs.
