Reserving an Event


Objective: Organize health check-up events for employees.

Steps:

  1. Login and Initial Checks:

    • Ensure you've successfully logged in.

    • Before setting an event, confirm that employees are added to the system, clinics are partnered, and customized services are requested and integrated.

  2. Access Event Management:

    • From the main dashboard, click on the 'Event & Tagihan' (Event & Billing) menu.

  3. Initiate Event Creation:

    • Click on 'Tambah Event' (Add Event).

    • A pop-up will emerge asking about the type of event. You can categorize the event for easier future filtering.

    • Either select from the given event types or create a new category by pressing the "+" icon.

  4. Fill in Event Details:

    • Define the healthcare facility (clinic) for the event.

    • Choose the required services.

    • Set the date and timing.

    • Click on 'Pilih Peserta' (Choose Participant) to select the employees participating in the event.

  5. Finalizing and Notification:

    • Review all the provided information.

    • Click on 'Buat Event' (Create Event) to finalize.

    • Upon successful creation, the event details are sent to the chosen clinic. Await their confirmation.
