MedQCare Terms & Conditions

1. Terms These terms of service ("Terms") outline the conditions for your use of the MedQCare Services provided by MedQCare. Anyone or any entity utilizing these services, including all users who access MedQCare Services on behalf of this entity ("you" or "Users"), accept and are bound by these Terms. MedQCare offers you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the MedQCare Services (as per your account type) in alignment with these Terms. The term "MedQCare Services" encompasses any features, technologies, or functions provided by those products or services, including medqcare.id ("Website") and its sub domains. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the MedQCare Services. All rights not explicitly given to Users in these Terms are held by MedQCare.

2. Amendments MedQCare may alter these Terms occasionally. We will make every effort to notify you of changes either through email or by showing a message upon your next use of the MedQCare Services. Your continued usage of the MedQCare Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms. We may introduce, modify, or cease some features or functions of the MedQCare Services from time to time. If using an App, you may need to install a new or updated version to benefit from these modifications. We also reserve the right to discontinue any or all of the MedQCare Services without prior notice.

3. Account Information To access and use the MedQCare Services, you must be 18 years or older. You commit to providing true, accurate, and current account details, ensuring its validity throughout your use of the service.

4. Cancellation of Accounts MedQCare retains the authority to cancel or suspend your account at our sole discretion, especially in cases of significant breaches of these Terms or any other stipulations related to your use of MedQCare Services. Users have the right to terminate their MedQCare account at will. If you do so before the conclusion of your current paid period, no refunds for fees paid in advance will be provided unless explicitly agreed upon. Upon account cancellation, all data and content associated with your account may be instantly deleted from our systems. Recovery of this data is not guaranteed post-cancellation.

5. Fees and Taxes The subscription fees for using MedQCare Services are available on the Website ("Fees") and/or in the contract agreement and are subject to revisions. We will attempt to notify you of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance. All fees are non-refundable. Any taxes arising will be the user's responsibility, and MedQCare will not bear any costs or liabilities related to tax underpayments or associated penalties.

6. Account Cancellation Procedures You can cancel your MedQCare account by reaching out to MedQCare Customer Support either through a call or email. Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated immediately, and no refunds for unused periods will be made. After cancellation, MedQCare will retain your data for one to two month. If you don't resume service within that timeframe, MedQCare may delete your account data permanently.

7. MedQCare Services are Provided "As Is" MedQCare Services are rendered "as is" and "as available". Though we aim to promptly resolve technical issues during standard business hours, we don't warrant the uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of our services.

8. Our Liability is Limited Under any circumstances, MedQCare’s maximum aggregate liability is restricted to the total Fees you've paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Your Responsibilities and Indemnification You are solely responsible for all activities from your MedQCare account. MedQCare will not be held liable for any issues arising from unsecured account details. By using our services, you indemnify MedQCare against liabilities, costs, and damages due to your use or breach of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Activities You're prohibited from using MedQCare Services for unlawful, malicious activities or in ways that could harm our systems, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with other users.

11. Reasonable Use Policy You are expected to use MedQCare Services reasonably. If deemed necessary, we may impose limits on usage to maintain service integrity for all users.

12. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights pertaining to the MedQCare Services reside with MedQCare. You agree not to dispute or act contrary to this ownership. Unauthorized use or reproduction of MedQCare’s brand, logos, product or other proprietary content is prohibited. Feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding our services may be used by us without any obligation to you.
