Initial Setup
1. Logging In:
Begin by logging into the system using the Super Admin role credentials.
2. Clinic Profile Configuration:
Go to Settings → Profile.
Ensure all clinic data is accurate. If any adjustments are needed, click on the edit icon to make necessary changes. The details provided here will be displayed in the MedQCare mobile app as the clinic's profile.
3. User Management:
Go to Settings → User.
Here, view all registered users and their respective roles for each clinic. You can add or modify user data on this page. When adding a user, make sure to select the correct clinic and role. Specifically for the doctor role, there's an option to input consultation fees and doctor specialization. If the doctor's specialization isn't available, please contact MedQCare team for addition. The doctor's name, consultation fees, and photo will be showcased in the MedQCare mobile app.
4. Role and Menu Configuration:
Go to Settings → Roles and Menu.
Adjust menu access permissions for each user role on this page.
5. Additional Settings:
Go to Settings → Others.
Configure tax (PPN) and admin fees settings which will be applied to all transactions.
6. Lab Examination Items:
Go to Medical Services → Laboratory.
Add lab examination items along with their pricing. Lab items are categorized under Department - Group - Test. Active test items will be displayed under services in the registration menu. On the top right, a "gear" icon can be found. Clicking on it reveals the LIS Config and Swab/Antigen. Fill the LIS config only if using the bundled LIS package offering or MedQLab LIS. Mark specific lab tests as Swab or Antigen; this ensures a specialized form is provided for lab personnel when these tests are reserved.
7. Medical Treatment Services:
Go to Medical Services → Treatment.
Define other medical services the clinic provides beyond lab tests, such as Radiology, EKG, physical examinations, etc. Enter the type, name, and price of the treatment here. Each selected treatment during a patient's service generates a specific PDF form in the "lab personnel" page. On the top right, a "gear" icon can be found. Clicking it reveals an MCU option with a dropdown. Here, select which treatment items are to be marked for the MCU form. When these items are chosen during service or within a service package, a specialized MCU form, encompassing anamnesis and physical examination, appears for lab personnel.
