Sending Results
FO Role Guide: Sending Company Event Results
1. Logging In:
Begin by logging into the MedQCare platform using the Registration user credentials.
2. Accessing Company Examination Results:
Navigate to Partner Companies → Examination Results.
3. Selecting a Company:
From the "Select Company" column, choose the specific company whose examination results you wish to view.
4. Selecting an Event Date:
In the "Search Date" column, choose the particular date of the event you're looking for.
5. Reviewing Results:
Re-evaluate and review the examined results by clicking the View Results button.
6. Sending Results to the Company:
Once all results are available and verified, click on the Send to Company button to transmit the examination findings.
At this stage, if there's a discrepancy in pricing or if there's a reduction in costs compared to the initial agreement, you can apply a discount by pressing the "+" button next to the "Discount" row.
7. Payment Verification:
Beside the fifth image/icon, there's a View Payment Status button. Clicking on this allows users to check whether the company has uploaded their payment proof or not.
If the payment evidence is present and the clinic has received the payment, the clinic can then click the Validate Payment button to notify the company that their payment has been acknowledged and accepted.
