Integrating with External Systems

MedQCare isn't just a standalone system; it's designed to be part of a broader ecosystem. Integration with other software platforms, be it laboratory systems (LIS), radiology systems (RIS), billing platforms, or third-party apps, can enhance the capabilities of MedQCare. This section guides you through the various integrations and plugins available.

a. Laboratory Information System (LIS) Integration:

  • Purpose: Allows seamless data flow between MedQCare and the laboratory system. Lab results can be automatically populated into patient profiles and records.

  • Steps to Integrate: Please contact MedQCare support team and provide the necessary API keys provided by your LIS provider. We will test the integration by sending a dummy request.

b. Radiology Information System (RIS) Integration:

  • Purpose: Facilitates the smooth transfer of imaging data and reports.

  • Steps to Integrate: Please contact MedQCare support team and provide the requirements for API. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to integrate.
