FO Role Guide: Creating Medical Service Packages
1. Login:
Start by logging into the MedQCare platform with the Registration user credentials.
2. Accessing the Master Service Menu:
Navigate to the Master Service menu.
This section is a compilation of laboratory examination items and treatments. Here, users can group certain laboratory items or combine them with treatments to create a unified master service. This master service can be utilized to craft various unique service packages. The price of a master service is the cumulative total of each chosen item's cost. Every master service is equipped with an edit icon and a price update feature. When the price update is clicked, the system recalculates the master service price based on any price alterations in the individual test items contained within it.
3. Navigating to the Service Package Menu:
Proceed to the Service Package menu.
On this page, users can design medical service packages for the general public or specific corporations.
General Service Packages: These are displayed and can be booked both during registration and via the MedQCare mobile app.
Corporate Service Packages: Designed for partner corporations and are displayed and bookable by those entities.
4. Steps to Create a Package:
Unique Package Code: Start by inputting a unique code for the package.
Assigning Responsibility: Select a doctor responsible for the medical services offered in the package.
Naming the Package: Create a descriptive name for the service package.
Setting Availability: Choose the days when this package can be booked (for general packages).
Corporate Affiliation: For corporate packages, select the company name and define the duration of the collaboration.
Master Service Selection: Choose items from the previously defined master services.
Pricing:
The master service price serves as a reference.
Users have the liberty to set a selling price for the package in the “Offered Price” column.
If desired, add a discount.
The final selling price, post any discounts, will be displayed in the “After Discount” column.
