FO Role Guide: Managing Company Event Reservations

1. Logging In:

  • Start by logging into the system using the Registration user credentials.

2. Accessing Company Event Reservations:

  • Navigate to Partner Companies → Service Schedule.

3. Viewing Reservations:

  • This page allows users to view a list of service reservations made by each company. The following details are available:

    • The service's name that was booked.

    • The total number of participants.

    • The date of the examination.

    • A list of participants.

  • To access these details, click on the Detail button.

4. Approving or Declining Reservations:

  • If the company's service reservation can be accommodated on the requested date, users can accept the booking by clicking the APPROVE button.

  • If the reservation cannot be accommodated, users can decline by clicking the DECLINE button.

  • Upon approving an event reservation, the system will automatically create reservations for each patient for the date selected by the company.

5. Viewing Approved Events:

  • Users can see a comprehensive list of all approved events by clicking on the VIEW ALL button.
