1. Logging In:
Start by logging into the MedQCare platform using the Lab user credentials.
2. Accessing Patient List:
In the left sidebar, you'll find a list of patients who have been called from the registration section.
3. Selecting a Patient:
Choose the patient you wish to examine by clicking their name in the left sidebar.
4. Patient Examination Details:
Upon selecting a patient, their data, examination type, and the respective forms will be displayed on the right side.
Detailed examination specifics can be accessed by clicking the Detail button next to the examination name. The examination items are grouped into treatments and laboratory sections, if available.
5. Examination Forms:
Different forms may appear depending on the examination items:
MCU Marked Items: If an examination item is marked as "MCU" (as per the setup guidelines in "Initial Setup" - 7. Menu Medical Services → Treatment), a tab named “Anamnesa & Pemeriksaan Fisik” will appear. In this tab, lab personnel can fill out the MCU examination results based on the examined parts.
Treatment Items: If the examination includes "Treatment" items apart from MCU, a "Support" tab will appear. Inside, forms for each treatment are provided. Once filled and saved, a PDF page preview will generate.
Laboratory Items: If there are laboratory examination items, a “LIS Result” tab will show. If using the Applimetis LIS bundle, a “Get Result LIS” button will be available, fetching examination results in PDF form from LIS. If not using Applimetis LIS, there's an option to upload a document. If the laboratory item chosen is for swab/antigen tests, an option to select positive or negative results will be presented below the PDF preview.
Add other supporting documents for inspection: If the patient has supporting documents for lab tests, they can be attached to these supporting documents, in the application they are located in "Document Lainnya".

6. Finalizing the Examination:
Once all forms are completed, lab staff can preview the generated PDF using the preview button and select which forms to display.
Here's a description for information on the checklist to what extent:
To conclude the examination, click the done '' button. It's important to note that once "done" is pressed, lab staff can't edit the examination data anymore. The PDF results saved and sent to patients are based on the forms checked during the preview.
