  1. Introduction

Overview

Note: MedQCare keeps evolving with new features and modules. If you have any inquiries on any specific feature that needs improvement or new feature ideas, we will gladly listen to your thoughts and put them into our think tank.

Main Features

1. Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • A digital version of a patient's paper chart, the EMR provides real-time, patient-centered records that make information available instantly and securely to authorized users.

2. Admission: Online & Walk-in Registration and Booking

  • Allows both walk-in and online users to register and book appointments. Streamlines the process, ensuring smooth patient onboarding.

3. Queuing System with Real-time Notification

  • Automates the patient queuing process. Patients receive real-time updates and notifications on their mobile app, informing them about their turn or any changes.

4. Electronic Prescription with Medication Reminder

  • Digitalizes the prescription process, providing clear and accessible prescriptions for patients. Includes automated reminders to ensure patients take their medication on time.

5. Patient Allergy Data

  • Records and stores vital information on patient allergies, ensuring safer and more personalized care.

6. Electronic Document Management

  • Digital storage and management system for vital documents like referral letters, medical certificates, and more. Facilitates easy retrieval and sharing.

7. Doctor Module

  • A comprehensive module allowing doctors to diagnose, utilize the SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) method, input medical records, retrieve historical data, upload supporting exam documents/test results, and order lab/radiology tests.

8. Nurse Station Module

  • Facilitates vital signs input and pre-exam assessments, allowing for accurate and efficient data recording.

9. Invoicing and Billing

  • A versatile billing system supporting various payment methods such as cash, bank transfers, cards, e-Wallet, corporate billing, and more.

10. Reporting

  • Provides a suite of reports, including daily transactions, financial summaries, revenue dashboards, and insights into the most commonly diagnosed diseases.

11. LIS Integration/Bridging

  • Ensures seamless integration with various systems from other LIS/RIS/PACS vendors. Supports API bridging and adheres to industry protocols and standards, such as HL7.

12. Pharmacy Inventory Management

  • Manages and monitors medication and pharmacy stock levels, ensuring timely replenishments and avoiding stock-outs.

13. Medical Checkup Module

  • A comprehensive module covering the entire Medical Checkup process, from registration and assessment to sampling. Provides both individual and consolidated results, complete with summaries.

14. Patient Portal & Mobile App

  • A dedicated portal or mobile application where patients can view their medical records, book appointments, access their electronic prescriptions, and communicate directly with their healthcare providers. The platform can also offer educational resources, enabling patients to understand their medical conditions and treatments better.

14. SatuSehat Integration

  • Seamlessly integrates and comply with Indonesian government national health platform, SatuSehat. This allows healthcare providers to comply with regulations and securely share patient's records with national health ecosystem and/or other healthcare providers, promoting coordinated care, reducing the need for duplicate tests or procedures, and improving diagnostics and treatment accuracy.


Roles and Functions

The common user roles are:

Super Admin

Homepage: Clinic Profile

  • Displays vital clinic information including name, address, contact number, email, branches, and a profile photo.

Available Features:

  • Clinic Master Data: Centralized data management for the entire clinic.

  • User & Doctor Master Data: Manage and view profiles of all users and doctors.

  • Roles: Define and manage different user roles and their permissions.

  • Treatment and Services Master Data: Oversee and manage all the treatments and services offered by the clinic.

  • B2B Corporate Customers Database: A dedicated space to manage corporate client details.

FO (Front Office)

Homepage: Registration & Booking

  • Primarily focused on patient registration, reservations, and appointment bookings.

Available Modules/Features:

  • Registration: Register new patients or update existing patient data.

  • Reservation (Appointment Booking): Schedule and manage patient appointments.

  • Patient Profile: View and manage details of registered patients.

  • B2B Corporate Customers Database: Access and manage corporate client details.

  • Payment: Handle invoicing, billing, and transaction reports.

  • Medical Services: Manage and order lab panels, radiology, and additional treatments.

  • Master Data/Settings: Configure and manage various system settings, including user profiles, doctor schedules, pricing, service packages, and more.

Doctor

Homepage: Examination Screen

  • Focuses on patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.

Features:

  • Examination Forms: Utilize conventional, SOAP, and GCS forms for patient assessment.

  • ICD10 Database: Access to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD10) for accurate diagnosis.

  • Historical Patient Medical Record: Review patients' past medical records.

  • Treatment and Services Order: Recommend additional treatments or services.

  • Medical Documents: Generate and manage medical certificates, e-prescriptions, and referral letters. Also, upload additional supporting documents or images.

  • Personal Notes: A space for doctors to jot down their observations or notes.

Lab Staff/Nurse/Radiology/MCU Staff

Homepage: Patient List and Examination Screen

  • Displays a list of patients, their examination status, and facilitates detailed patient assessments.

Features:

  • Patient Management: View and manage patient lists and profiles.

  • Examination Data Entry: Record physical examination results, vital signs, and other relevant data.

  • Document Management: Upload supporting results/documents or retrieve results from the LIS.

  • Medical Checkup Summary: Enter summaries and suggestions based on patients' Medical Check-up results.

Owner/Management/Finance

Homepage: Clinic Performance Dashboard

  • Provides an at-a-glance view of the clinic's overall performance.

Features:

  • Performance Analytics: View revenue charts, breakdowns of services, top payment methods, and more.

  • Health Insights: Access data on top diagnosed diseases and fast-moving pharmacy drugs.

  • Financial Management: Handle billing, invoicing, payments, and view transaction reports.

  • Customer Database: Access and manage both B2C patients and B2B corporate client data.
